I really dont understand how this Family Mart service can be sooooooo slow. This is after tolerating for years. Pandemic, no pandemic, 1 staff or 3 staff, got customer no customer, equally slow! I lost count how many times I just returned the stuff to the shelf and walked out after queuing for over 10 min. And have seen many others do so too. The only time I get a reasonable service is at 11:45pm when they’re about to close. Update: even the owner is slow! Responding to this review 2 years later! 🥲
The cashier, Siti Zizie is very friendly and quick. Good and friendly service.
I was disappointed with the poor service as the staff kept giving excuses instead of properly addressing my request. these are one of the problem : the picture of my order that I requested to separate the “bihun” from my oden as usual but then she gave me an excuse that they out of packaging something , but then say otherwise to other customer in front of me .
