Dgn customer muda ke tua ke bdk2 & pelbagai bangsa. Bahasa tu elok sikit. Kalau xnk kerja mcm tu jgn kerja. Tlg ya manager FM tgk staff yg brkerja biadab mcm tu.

I went to FM on 1/11 i order spicy chiki, the guy worker was so rude, i wanted to take drinks and bread while waiting, and the shout he say “kena bayar dulu” i said to him “ok i want to take bread n drink first”, while waiting I see he was in badmood to serve the customer, He also just campak my spicy chiki on the table, so rude, FM really need to teach the workers to SMILE AND DONT BE RUDE. Especially the guy!!!!
