Madison has been so helpful assisting me with the search for an independent living facility for my parents. She connected me to other helpful resources immediately, and followed up with texts to let me know who would be calling and when. Everyone I have spoken to has been kind, while providing the information that I need. This is a very overwhelming endeavor, as I am moving my parents from Florida to Maine; but with Madison helping me, I am feeling more and more confident that we will find the perfect place for them.
Michelle Dawson has been an invaluable resource for me. In addition to assisting clients with their searches for the best assisted living/retirement communities, she has helped me personally to find options for my parents and other family members. I highly recommend her and look forward to her assistance in the future!

I called this group today for information regarding a specific independent living facility in Birmingham. The person "assisting" me must not have been listening to the entire conversation I had with her. I specifically stated that I am interested only in Episcopal Place Apartments and that I did not want information regarding any other facilities.
