This USED to be a great clinic, and I think Dr.Pingol is a great doctor. HOWEVER, in the last year it has become virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Further, there’s a complete lack of competence and communication about lab work. I was told THREE times to do my lab work before scheduling an appointment- which I already had done and for which the results were abnormal and required further testing on the sample. Years ago I was a patient here, and left because of the long wait times. Being in the waiting room for about an hour each time, and then visiting with Dr. Pingol for about 10 minutes, if that. Four years later, I have to come back because my new insurance doesn't accept my current doctor. I made an appt, and got a reminder call today. I took the day off months ago, but my reminder call was for Monday while I had down it was a Wed. I was a 10+ year Patient of Dr Pingol's. You will wait for an hour EVERY SINGLE time you have an appointment, no matter what time of the day you're there. I avoided going in for months and months because of this. The final straw was when her office called to tell me they were sending me to collections for a $25 no-show from my Daughter 14th months ago. I had moved and they were sending the bill to my old address. Um, how about you call me? I am done. Never going back. You don't treat long-term patients this way.
