This place is not worth the visit. You will be dying in stretcher and they will be worried about your insurance
I went to get blood drawn on 3/31/2023. The individual hit my nerve on the blood draw which is not good. I called the office 3 times this week and left 2 messages for the office manager to call me back to discuss this. I have not heard back from the office. For a place called "Family Wellness". You would think that it would be common courtesy to get a call back especially after an injury that occurred at the office.
This place is a total joke. They refused to fill my prescriptions unless I schedule multiple unnecessary appointments. I have never been seen by Dr. Tank. I wouldn’t even know what the woman look like. I was a patient when they were Family Wellness. It was a big mistake to stay with the through their transition. I have been seen by 3 Physician Assistants. They have gotten progressively worse. The latest PA to see me simply wouldn’t look me in the eye when she gave me the dog and pony show Dr. visit. The worst medical experience I have ever had. I am dealing with a billing issue since 2015. Every time I think it has been taken care of, I get another call from LabCorp. Dr. Newman ordered a test for me and did not tell me it would cost 2,588.00. I NEVER even received the results of the test from Dr. Newman, even though I called the office twice with no response and I have been fighting LabCorp for 4 years.
