Front office staff used to be ok, now they are horrible. When you book an appointment, they never see you when scheduled, always an hour long wait. Also, they keep asking my wife and I (at different times) if we can pay cash versus insurance. When I said I had cash, they can see me that afternoon, and then I pulled a switch on them saying I actually have insurance, then they said they wouldn't see me - had to wait til next week. Something scammy is going on here with the new owners...yes we all miss Dr. Sizenbach.
I go to Dorthy Sizenbach, she is the greatest there is.
Great medical staff
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful ..... Seen Dr. Sizenbach.... She took the time to talk to me and really cared. Great experience. She is now my regular doctor. Front desk and nurses are awesome too! The previous doctor I seen for same problem 2 days earlier, well we will be nice and not talk about her.
