Stay away from this office if you are a "senior" person. first they indicate they accept medicare on their website but do not. (maybe update this for new residents to Delaware) also I called about being a new patient on 6/11/24. Was told to provide all info and email insurance card, license and list of meds being taken. no response so I called back on 6/24/24. told again to email the needed front and back of insurance card. emailed again on 6/24/24 and was told they needed to verify my insurance which is NOT medicare. I am writing this review in the hope that the facility will see it and make some changes to the way their practice is doing business. I began seeing Sandra Patterson in 2009. I absolutely loved her and it had been very difficult for me to find a doctor's office that I liked in the state. She was always pleasant with me and I was happy with my treatment.
