Zero stars. Did not file on time and the penalty was sufficient. They have too many clients to take care of and the communication is non existent . Could not reach any one for 3 weeks and no one there gave a #$%^ about it. not good

Overall terrible experience. Set up an appointment two weeks and advance, Took a day off of work, went to my appointment and tax lady was a no-show. Dropped my paperwork off anyway trying to be understanding, said they would get it taken care of that night. I did not hear anything back and had to call multiple times to check on things and even then would not get answers. Finally taxes are due and I have not heard anything and emailed the week before and no response. It wasn’t until I dropped in and threatened to pick my pape... read more
If I could take stars away I would. Called multiple times, left multiple voicemails for Angie, sent emails all asking why our taxes are taking so long or if something was wrong. Nothing. Our stuff was there for so long I finally decided it was time to take our business elsewhere since Angie wouldn’t call us back. The best part is an extension was filed for the taxes and she didn’t even do that right because we just got that back and it was denied because she filed it after the due date. Wow, simply wow.
