If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. After how they treated my family member after a traumatic injury and still not medically stable to walk and experiencing syncope, they forced them out of the hospital with security and NO discharge papers signed. most of the nurses were rude and never came when calling them. One of the nurses even tossed a needle in the trash. They treated my family member like an animal when forcing them out of the hospital. The Orthopedics department just hung up on me...I'm a parent of a child in a cast needing care. I am trying not to add the the backlog at ERs. I explained his need, and instead of giving me another department/office to call she pushed END. How uncaring can a hospital be???
WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! I am from Stanislaus County, mainly Modesto. Er drivers were awesome. The police officers were hit and miss. I want to know why the hell the hospital makes it to where the wifi won't let you make calls, and THEY ALSO WONT LET YOU USE A PHONE!!!! I am an out of towner, but I can't use the phone?
