Monique is a very great person. She's helps you understand everything very well about your taxes. I will recommend her to anyone that needs there taxes done.
Very friendly staff. I walked in without an appointment & they had me out of there within the hour. I received over $600 more than I was about to had I filed myself via CashApp. Would most definitely recommend.
Horrible service Lena took my paperwork in March it’s now August and I haven’t received one phone call nor have I gotten my taxes, nobody never answers the phone snd I have been there 3x and left my information still nobody had reached out very unprofessional
I only deal with Monique she is the best
Extremely long wait time with an appointment. To make things worse, I was audited by the IRS and my many attempts to have the tax preparer help me resolve my issue resulted in a run around to get an appointment with the tax person. Then I arrive to my scheduled appointment and there’s someone scheduled with the same appointment. I do not recommend.
