Have had an absolute amazing experience with this company. They are very thorough on the questions they ask and how they approach your account. They found me several thousands of dollars I never knew I was entitled to. They keep in contact very consistently and answer any questions or concerns I have had. DO NOT HIRE THEM! They take most of your refund and make you change your address to THEIR address. That means they receive ALL your mail including government refunds. Terrible service and a BIG waste of time and money, BRIAN tells you what you want to hear so that you will hire him but he lies a lot. Do not TRUST them!
The staff at Family Tax Review were professional and efficient! They did exactly what they said they would do and were able to get me an additional refund of over $9000!

The team of CPAs, Enrolled Agents and legal advisors at this establishment are phenomenal. The team helped us get additional refunds through amendments during tough Covid-19 times. Brian, Matthew and Nicole really went out of their way with staying on top of all matters and providing updates along the way. A side comment is the expenses incurred may seems steep but can be over-looked in contrast to provided refunds. Would highly recommend...
