Kevin sent a letter to all his clients in December of 2025 that he would be working from his home office on all their tax needs moving forward. Said he was no longer occupying the building on 38. Asked his clients to contact him to set up a time to complete their 2025 taxes. We followed that request and we and many other clients were ignored. I called several times on several days last week (Feb 2026) and the line was disconnected. I drove by on Friday morning and the place was no longer in business. There's a note on the door with a phone number for Kevin stating that they moved but you can only leave message and no one returned my call. Time to find another tax service.
Kevin does NOT support the military, and blames his customers. We will never use them again, thankfully, and HIGHLY recommend to all local military/civilians in the area to use ANYONE else. He messed up my 2023 tax returns (neglected to add my rental property) which resulted in IRS fees. When I asked him to correct his mistake, he said it was actually my fault for not including it in the paperwork/portal (but I showed him that it was all in there, and still is) and that he would only fix it for $175 (on top of the IRS fees).... read more

Kevin has been our tax man for about 10 years! Love him and his staff. They make it look easy!
