None of it is true so I don't mind posting it. Unbelievably inappropriate and unprofessional. I was never at any point frustrated that Tom Davis was not our mediator. I chose that. Tom is a wonderful mediator as well as a wonderful person he makes sure to hear both sides and do what's best for the children and the situation that he's presented with I would not choose any mediator overtime nor would I ever seek advice on how to handle a situation with my children from someone other than Tom regarding legal and mediational services from the time I met him to the time we parted he was with us every step of the way always answered calls always texted back and always wanted to make sure that everything was ... read more
People need to know the "confidential consoltation" is not. I met with Tom Davis for an hour over zoom. It was a bizzare meeting. He was stating things related to my family court matter in the context of my ex and his attorney. Red flag #1. He spoke down to me and wouldn't give me a chance to speak. Tom is wonderful and passionate and cares about people, not just his clients but everyone. He was kind enough to spend over two hours with my wife and I on a free consultation where he gave us so much useful information. He's very affordable and genuine. I don't know what my wife and I future hold but I have no doubt when/if we need mediation services, we will reach out to Tom without a second thought. Highly recommended!
