Extremely rude. Doesn’t show any type of sympathy to victims. Treat battered woman as if it’s their fault. Specifically the young Caucasian lady that answers the phone at the front desk.
Most of the people were rude and just bel looking at u making faces like there better you and I think they pick and choose who they want to help cause I was just kicked out for someone calling up there and I know that for a fact nobody knows I was there they just wanted me gone cause since I been there they was always saying stuff to me when other people do the same thing and don’t say anything
They show favoritism you can make complaints on other residents picking and bothering you but make it seem like you the problem the man who over the facility won’t let you talk if u in a meeting ms nikki act like she care but she don’t cause I been complaining to her about several problems I had with the other woman she act like she was gone do some and haven’t and tried to flip everything on me and they put me out when I start making complaints but if u go to this place don’t complain just call the head lady cause apparentl... read more
