I added my testimonial on their webpage and because it was a negative experience they deleted my review, How disrespectful. Admit that this program is not up to date and does not match the reality offered in the current exam. Plus I paid 600.00 for the entire package for nothing when there is other programs out there that for 350.00 offered an approach closer to the reality you faced in the test. I'm studying now from another source because this one is just not a good option...

I ordered the comparison chart which cost $18 to ship cardstock. Mind you, the item was put in a $3 envelope from USPS. Sure enough the envelop and my chart came bent. I reached out to them hoping they would be apologetic and willing to fix the error by sending a new one OR issuing a refund. To which they did say they would refund me after sending it back but the email thread lacked any amount of compassion. Not once did they apologize for the error. I used the Family Solutions study program to study for my MFT exam in Kentucky and failed by 6 points. My business partner passed by the EXACT amount. I reached out to Rob Guise in hopes he could help me understand what when wrong. I did not get a response at all. I felt so let down that I did not have the support. On the practice exams I was getting 100% every time I took it. I was even doing better than my business partner but still failed and did not gain any support from FSO.
