Never had a comprehensive evaluation by anyone at FSW and NEVER met the "attending" psychiatrist and was forced to listen to the location director and front desk assistant talk about their own personal lives in the waiting room and inside the offices, discussing their obsessions with Dialectical Behavioral Trainings......so, I voluntarily left after 8 months and filed complaints with the Board of Directors via email and filed reports in person with outside disability review meeting supervisors and repo... read more
