Amazing People! Did great with my Tesla car loan! Jessica is the best
Had an absolutely wonderful experience last year getting my auto loan. My own bank denied me for reasons unknown. Family Security offered me their best rate. I worked with Jessica Vibbert in Hazel Green and she got me all set up to sign papers in Hartselle where I was buying the car. The Hartselle branch was also extremely helpful. I was very, very pleased with all of the service that I received.
Great credit union, wonderful staff and great customer service. Was with redstone for 20 years and got better loan rates here and treated much better so I left redstone and won’t ever be back.

Extremely poor customer service. Simple transaction, asking for some change for 2 $100 bills. They refused. Stating they only do business with account holders. They're probably proud of that fact snubbing their nose at everyone. Just curious how they expect to increase their number of account holders. Surprised they got the ones they have.
