From the time I moved back to Jackson county in 2023 there have been constant issues stemming from podunk small town facilitation of common everyday expectations. Closed more often than open. It's too small of an operation for calls to be routed out of town to college kids working at home in their pajamas who answer the phone clueless and take forever to connect you with someone equally clueless.
