My mom used them for years and they was so good to mom treated her like family and now I use them such a friendly atmosphere seems like they are very passionate about their job they help me with all my banking needs and I feel like they are proud to serve and don't feel like I'm bothering them love these gals and guys so much thanks for all y'all do
Gave a 1 star since 0 stars is not an option! After paying off a personal loan they continue to charge us for it. After complaining, they would only refund the money into an old savings account that we no longer have access to. This is why we no longer do business with you! Terrible customer service!!!!
I’ve been a member since 1995. Best in the business as far as I’m concerned. Never had an issue and if I did it was so minor, I can’t remember. The staff at Scottsboro are top notch!! I opened my account in Gadsden. They’re good there too but scottsboro stands out. Maybe because it’s a small town. But the staff is so friendly there!! I highly recommend this bank to everyone!
$30 overdraft fee as soon as your account overdrafts. No 24 hour grace period to deposit or transfer money. People are already struggling without the bank fees. Do better
Mr. Atchley is awesome!! He has help me out a lot with my credit and now helping my son build his credit. Definitely talk to him!
