This is an “okay” local bank. It isn’t competitive with any large bank, but has okay services for podunk Jackson county. If you travel a lot or aren’t within 30 minutes of here, I would recommend Chase or a larger bank in general.
Shout out to Pearson and Drushilla! They were so helpful and kind during the process for an auto loan. You can tell they don’t see customers as just a number, they see you as a person. They went the extra mile for me and I am forever grateful! Best bank in town.
Amazing bank
From the time I moved back to Jackson county in 2023 there were constant issues stemming from podunk facilitation of common everyday expectations. Closed more often than open and too small of an operation to route calls out of town to college kids working from home in their pajamas who take forever to connect you with someone equally as clueless as they are.
