October will be 20 years of being a customer of Family Savings Federal Credit Union, and every branch I have entered or spoke to a representative on the phone with has been nothing but EXCELLENT. I love my bank and brag on them all the time. They treat you like a family member and not a number. Great services and no big bank foolishness.
