The atm machine didn’t give me any money and I’m now having to fight my bank over this and taking weeks for a refund for 500$ won’t use them again
I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Amanda who works in account solutions. She was phenomenal. She took the time to listen to me and understand my current situation. That meant the world to me. She offered information for assistance and took the time to look it up and I have to also say this was all after hours on a Wednesday.
