Both of my kids attended Head Start, and both times were incredible experiences. They were more than prepared for kindergarten and set up for a love of learning at an early age. I've had the privilege of serving on a volunteer basis with their Head Start programs and the Harbor Safe House (domestic violence shelter), so I can say with confidence, FRA is an amazing organization!
Very helpful friendly staff. Helped me with all my questions and were quick to do so.
This place is a joke. They advertise services for victims of crimes they don't provide. Their "counselors" are not licensed yet they give out diagnoses and force their opinions, & judgements upon their clients. Their advocates say they are too busy to actually help victims. If you need help, please seek it ASAP, but I suggest you seek it elsewhere as the unqualified & unprofessional behavior provided at this facility may actually cause you more harm.
