I had the worst experience ever at the Washington location. I had pawned my work tools there when I got injured and needed a little bit to get me by for 2-3 weeks or until I was cleared to go back to work. I received a fair amount, only what I asked for, and I was reasonable to be sure I would be able to afford to get them back out when I was ready to get back to work. DO NOT BUY HERE. They are not honest with their jewelry , they charge charge full price. We bought a ring that they said was worth $8000 and we paid $2000 then we took it to get appraised and they said it was only worth $1900 brand new. They also said that we had 30 days to return for full price and now want to charge us 25% for a restocking fee and will only do in store credit! They lied to us multiple times do not do business with them.
Greeted us as soon as we entered the store and when they didn’t have what I was looking for called the other stores. Also even recommended looking online I will definitely be back much more professional than pawn+ next to Albertsons at least you receive great service.
