This happened a little while back and I hope to all hope they have changed for the better. But people need to know this is a possibility because it happened to me. I had a gaming laptop that I pawned, I ended up being a few days late on my pawn payment, well I went in to pay off all my pawns and pick up my laptop. I love family pawn! I went to check out the guns and Chris was so kind enough help me out. He was super charismatic and had all the information I needed, and then some! Easily the nicest, cleanest pawn shop I've been to. Not to mention, nostalgic growing up watching their commercials.
This is easily the best pawn shop around!!! Went in to look for some movies and was surprised at how friendly the service was! They were super helpful and the store was clean and organized. Will definitely be visiting again!
