I have been going to Family Optical since I was 7 or 8 years old and I recently had to have new lenses made because I scratched up the old ones. Michelle ordered me a new set and found a set of inexpensive frames for me to purchase to put my old lenses in so I could have my glasses for the week. ( I did not have a spare pair) I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend if you need eye glasses to and talk to Michelle you will be glad you did!! Thanks Michelle you rocked it as usual!!!!
I walked into Family Optical two minutes before closing with broken glasses and Michelle was happy to take care of me. She took the time to find me a new frame for my old lenses. I love my new glasses!! I will absolutely be going back there again!
