I stopped in to get a brake cable for my kid's bike. The gentleman that helped me at the shop was very supportive. He asked me great questions, answered all my questions and then gave me a quick lesson on how to replace the brake cable once I got it home. After all that, it was cheaper than it would have been at a big box store for the same product. An exceptionally good experience with this great local business.
Brought my second hand purchased bike in for a check over and the service team went over and above to promptly get it in ready to ride condition, they were knowledgeable and made helpful recommendations.
Grant at Family of Riders Bike Co made my 7 year olds camping weekend! We had bought a lesser costing bike at a big box store a year ago and last month the chain kept falling off. I did a quick indirect and realized the main sprocket was bent and the screws to get access seemed to strip easily. This caused the biike chain to fall off with every riration.
