Popped in to ask about new brakes for my old bike. Super helpful; they set me up and told me how to do it. Great attitude from them and excellent customer service! As I get back into it, this will be my go to shop. Thank you FOR, got the old bike muddy today and it is working great.
Brought my Sons Bike in today, his braking cable disconnected not being able to use his rear brakes. They fixed it in 5 mins and didn't charge me! we need more businesses like this! I will continue to go to Family of Riders with service like this! Much Appreciated!
Great full service Bike shop, mechanic's and sales, great staff, and great products!
This is the one of the best bike shops in town as I went there today with a pair of forks that I bought for my bike and a lower crown that did not fit and right away they helped me out and totally fixed me up. They gave me the parts I needed and fixed up my forks so that I could mount them on my bike. Every other bike shop in town told me that they couldn't do anything for me. So I am very greatful for going to this bike shop. Thank you guys so much for the great service and knowledge.
