I own an e bike conversion kit and I'm not the best at mechanics but I'm learning. Most bike shops I rolled up to, they just said "No", and I left. Anyway these guys, always get me rolling and their prices extremely reasonable. They had spokes that worked when I broke 4 spokes on an oversea hub I ordered off amazon and trued it up. I can not say enough good things about these guys. They always get me rolling. We both know Betsy, the bike, is Frankenstein's Bride, but there is always respect. You wanna ride stop by.
So refreshing to experience genuine honesty, clarity, and thoroughness in a bike shop - without any hard sell! I stopped in to get a brake cable for my kid's bike. The gentleman that helped me at the shop was very supportive. He asked me great questions, answered all my questions and then gave me a quick lesson on how to replace the brake cable once I got it home. After all that, it was cheaper than it would have been at a big box store for the same product. An exceptionally good experience with this great local business.
