My father was in FOC Teaneck for over four weeks for rehab and they did a great job. The staff and administration were responsive and very nice and understanding. The therapists were excellent and my father improved tremendously during his time at FOC.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Easy to park. Elevator for second floor access. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good security system utilizing photo ID. Prompt and courteous assistance when required. Privacy as needed at times. Very quiet, and clean.
My experience visiting this home care facility was very unpleasant. When we arrived, no one greeted us or acknowledged us, which immediately gave a poor first impression. There was equipment scattered everywhere and the environment felt very disorganized. Upstairs there was a very strong odor that smelled like feces, which made the space extremely uncomfortable. I am getting ready to leave Family of Caring of Teaneck. I came with a broken ankle in a cast, unable to stand or properly take care of myself and now after almost three months I am coming home on my own two feet with just a walker and a cane. The team of therapists, both occupational and physical, is amazing. They steadily helped to build my strength so that when the doctor allowed me to stand and walk I was more than ready.
