My dad has been at the Family of Caring for the past several weeks.The staff has been so responsive to the needs of both the patient and our family. My dad has made such marked progress in therapy , it is simply astounding. His nurse Liza is the epitome of a consummate medical professional , with an eye to always maintain the patient’s dignity. Well it took me 6 months to get here after my moms passing in June at Family of Caring. A lot of many thoughts!!!! First I want to thank the ones that are absolutely AMAZING there. Sam I have no words for her the most kindest women ever didn’t even work on my moms side of the rehab but got me through a lot. She’s a beautiful HUMAN BEING!!! In my grandmother's two years of living at this wonderful place, she received exceptional care. When she sadly passed a few days ago, my father and I received several calls from some of the great nurses who cared for my her. Khurshida, Glenn, Samantha, Setare were absolutely incredible, showing my grandmother the utmost love, respect, and care, along with several others. This is a place that all patients should be grateful to stay at, as the level of professionalism and care from the staff is absolutely top notch. God Bless ... read more
My father has been there for the last few weeks. The staff is incredible and the progress he is making at therapy is unbelievable. His aid Linette has taken such loving care of him. She is gentle, respectful and has been so excited to cheer him on as he is getting stronger. Thank you to the whole team
The facility is nice and staff is very friendly and professional. My dad just arrived there tuesday and so far so good mainly issue is I brought clothes there they greed to put his name and bring to room all his clothed have no arrived to his room yet. They need a better system with that and should tell the clients family about putting name on clothes before bringing them as aoon as client arrives ro stay there. Otherwise I am please with his love of care.
