Excellent, quick and friendly service! They went above and beyond to help me load a moving container. Also helped with junk removal. Definitely recommend this company for any moving needs.
I have to say a big thank you to Al and his team. We were very anxious about hiring a mover as we had heard many stories about movers ie that the price is never what is quoted, about broken & damaged stuff and plain scamming. We got several quotes - Family Movers was almost $2000 less than some of the more popular companies. Loud, rude and completely clueless. They had no regard for the cleanliness of my home. I'm left cleaning up their disgusting mess. Over 2 hours late and we're ASKED not to come in my bedroom/office and just busted right in. Not great for privacy. Worst service I've ever experienced. Hire someone else. Don't pay for amateur hour. They were asking advice on HOW to move things....not where, HOW. Atrocious. And you can't "find" my invoice is because my EX HUSBAND hired you. I wouldn't pay you to move my shoes.
