I don't know the specifics about the membership but I will say the customer service is terrible. My father passed away two weeks after purchasing a membership. When I notified customer service they told me they cancelled it. Two months later it was still active. I inquired about a refund to his estate and was told the management team would be notified for approval and may take 7-10 business days. One month later and no response. I emailed again and that was two weeks ago and no response.

After numerous emails and phone calls attempting to resolve my membership issue, I was ultimately told the only solution was to pay again—despite already having paid for 2 years. No refund, and currently have no active membership. During my last call with Bridget, I found the interaction disappointing. We joined FRVA when we purchased our motorhome in 2023. The Travel and Medical Assist program benefits are well worth the annual membership fee. We have attended one international convention so far and plan to attend more for the comradery and learning opportunities. We were very pleased with the RV insurance program, and will look to take advantage of the tire and battery discount programs when it's time to purchase. We plan to continue our membership with this member centric organization.
Enjoyed the tire program, support items - internet service, RV insurance, Cell phones and great customer service. Rallies and conventions have been very informative and enjoyable. Great group of friends and fellow RV'ers. Enjoy the FRVA Campground near Cincinnati, OH each year.
