My mother in law paid nearly £1000 to this lot to have a family trust set up and had nothing but excuses for the last 18 months......
Because I have had to update an existing will , I decided to contact a Will writing company as opposed to solicitors.Richard Hodge of Family Matters was friendly professional and extremely helpful, He was able to sort out just what I needed to put in my Will, His patience and understanding of my needs is much appreciated. Useless company took over a year to try and sort out a will and still no progress
I didn't know what power of attorneys was but family matters were fantastic and the guy I was dealing with Richard weren't through everything with me and made the process so easy. I could not recommend them more highly excellent service very professional and overall just a fantastic company.
