I have a friend here and my observation is that her well being is being ignored. This is not an assisted living home. It is end of life. My friend isn't close to that point. She had a head injury and should be rehabbing. Instead, because her sister in Carolina has POA, she has locked her up in this place. My friend has no phone and is allowed no visitors.
