Very rude driver and would not recommend!
Family Logistics is my only transportation company for non-emergency transportation to Dr appointments. They are a great bunch of individuals to work with. Vehicles clean, inside and out. Punctuality is a plus with them for time to pick up, if they are going to be late they will communicate that with me. They always stop along the way for me to Iowa City for restroom breaks and a stretch of the legs. Matt Sr and Matt Jr are amazing souls. All drivers are excellent, courteous and great drivers. Always willing to go above and beyond excellence to provide amazing service. They are always on time and ready to go. Communication is excellent and they always try to make time to by a little faster. I would never think about another medical transport company taking me anywhere.
