Great Transport never had any Problems with Matt Jr or Matt Sr all drivers punctual and courteous 100% of the time.
My experience using Family Logistics is thankfully an excellent one. In the slew of bad companies out there, this is definitely NOT, I repeat, NOT, one of those!! I was nervous using a different company from what I was used to, but thankfully, Matt and the crew swooped in and saved the day!! Tony, my first driver, was so awesome. i never want to use another company for medical transportation. They get me where I need to be on time. I love their drivers and the respect that they show me. Also their vehicles are clean and well cared for.

Family Logistics is my only transportation company for non-emergency transportation to Dr appointments. They are a great bunch of individuals to work with. Vehicles clean, inside and out. Punctuality is a plus with them for time to pick up, if they are going to be late they will communicate that with me. They always stop along the way for me to Iowa City for restroom breaks and a stretch of the legs.
