We bought a pool table from them for almost $3,000. When their crew was setting up the pool table I asked if they could also adjust a shuffleboard (which was not purchased from Family Leisure). They did so, and charged us for it. The adjustment did not fix the problem. When I contacted them to see if they would come back out, I was told that they never should have worked on a product that they did not sell. We’ve bought several outdoor furniture groupings for a large decking area around our pool. Large sofa & chairs, a 4- top pub table, a huge 8 seat table and chairs. We recently bought a gas fire pit and delivery went a little wonky - they have trouble meeting their time commitments - and the fire pit doesn’t work. It was setup for Mother’s Day - and won’t light. On June 21I chose family leisure for my pool. Purchased and took it home that day. Before the purchase I asked about the installation,she said it was included in the price and it would be a week to week and a half. In 2 days it will be a month and my pool is still in boxes in the back yard. On July 3 was told the 10 on the 10 was told the 16. Now on the 16 was told the 20. Oh yes the first call I got from them was July 10 second was today July 16 Thy lie don’t get stuck on the put off list I would not recommend them

We was approved for a pool through tinker credit union. So we decided to go to family leisure to look for a pool. As you as we got there , we met a lady with short hair , who gave us a attitude. Saying she wasn’t going to sell us a pool if we didn’t have room for the dozer y’all used .i told her just get us someone else . But she still wanted to argue .
