major rip off , arrogant staff , dont trust what they tell you
I bought a pool from Family Leisure 2 years ago, with "the best" liner available as well as an extended warranty. That the salesman was eager to sell me in addition to buying their top of the line pool. Two weeks ago my liner ripped at 11:00 pm and flooded my back yard, 37000 gallons of water drained out of my pool in less than 5 minutes. Contacted Family Leisure and my call was directed to Austin Lampkin, informed him of the situation and made a warranty claim. We went here after seeing their sale on pools commercial. We went there to see the 15' pool that was on sale. After going out to there pool display and seeing the pools, we saw this small, junky little pool squished between the other pools. The filter and pump didn't even work on the pool and the water was gross. THAT was the pool that was on sale!!! They want you to come in and see their pool, all nasty and small, and then you will want to upgrade to a larger, luxurious pool you can't afford. I thought this was like a scam ... read more
For any one looking for patio furniture go to Watson's. We went to several stores in San Antonio and found Watson's to be the best and the most helpful. Our sales person was attentive and truley wanted to help us find furniture that was right for us. They sell quality furniture and have alot to choose from. Out of all of the stores we visited they had the best selection. We spent approximately 2 weeks looking at furniture and we compared prices from everyone. We have a small house and decide to get a small hot tub for our kids. Our friend recommend this place and we too found that Watson's has a huge selection of hot tubs at reasonable price. We selected a cute hot tub for our kids. Our kids really love it and the installation and other prices were reasonable enough. The best part of them is they understand what you want and suggests you based on your requirements. Customer satisfaction is their prime goal. Thanks Watson's!
