I found the lack of advocacy and professionalism jarring and I have had to complain to the legal services commission about this firm. I would not recommend Rebecca casanovas to any father looking for help
I found their website very useful & informative, Rebecca is amazing, she is patient with me who is struggling about property settlement, consent order, child support lump sum payment without saying any legal fees / booking in advance just answer as much as she can, even advice if local firms can help, go with local lawyer which will be easier for communication. She is a gem in legal field.
Did not find this practice effective to say the least, one couldn't help but see how obvious this legal team would prefer you to spend as much money as you can, rather than effectively dictating how your funds are spent and in the most proficient way possible. Have also heard from others that they are geared to take as much of your money as possible whilst not even doing a good job at legal representation at that.
Initial consultation was professional and clear guidance about the process also very honest with costs estimates. Overall i found helpful.
