I paid 300.00 for a consultation. Midway it was clear we were not a good mix yet he defended his statements that were prejudiced, patronizing and highly unprofessional. Later, I said I expected a refund, (not standard), at first he argued but relented and agreed to refund me the full amount. I was told to arrive on a day, anytime though they had the door locked (lunch) and as I was walking away she unlocked the door thinking I was gone lol! Surprise! Awkward but strangely satisfying.
