Extremely unprofessional experience with this office. Incorrect information was provided over the phone regarding check pickup, which led to confusion and unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival. The office had also recently changed locations, requiring a significant drive, only for the information given to be contradicted in person. When the issue was brought up, paralegal Mireya handled the situation in a dismissive and confrontational manner rather than working toward a solution. Donna Dodd is an absolute trash attorney. Filing responses 80+ days after the initial motion from opposing counsel was filed. This happened numerous times. Totally unresponsive and probably the laziest lawyer you can ever have. Her “tactics” are garbage and she honestly needs to be reported to the New Mexico State bar.
Mathew Torres is not successful good as a lawyer my brother case was abandoned from Mathew after he took his money, he didn't do anything for his case, he, he was talking with my wife more times than talk to my brother, he didn't let my brother what he was talking to his wife he supposed to defend my brother, but he didn't, he is not professional and he doesn't have etic as a lawyer I didn't recommend this Mathew Torres he only wants money, do not use this lawyer.
