This was my first visit to family hearing for hearing aid repair. I had a terrific experience. Pablo was very knowledgeable and kind. He stayed in touch with me by text, phone, and email when.ordered parts were delayed. Their service was prompt, efficient, and cost sensitive. Very professional.
