This was my first visit to family hearing for hearing aid repair. I had a terrific experience. Pablo was very knowledgeable and kind. He stayed in touch with me by text, phone, and email when.ordered parts were delayed. Their service was prompt, efficient, and cost sensitive. Very professional.
I was traveling and needed some new wax guards for my hearing aids since one of mine got plugged. I was able to walk in and get helped quickly which was a lifesaver!
