Friendly, knowledgeable.
Brought a hearing aid in to check why it wouldn't hold a charge. They checked it out and shipped it for repair at no cost and in a very quick manner.
Randy listened well and was very helpful in setting up a plan
A big thank you to Randy for correcting my error of not showing up at the right time for my appt. Super nice and I’m looking forward to his continued assistance.
