I recently had an issue with one of my hearing aids not charging fully and retaining the charge. Today, Randy secured a loaner pair so that both of my hearing aids could be sent in for repairs. In the process, I learned more about the pair that I have as well as the ones I have on loan. Thanks Randy! In time, my original aids have been repaired and returned to me, and they are now working fine. It’s great having them back. Now I look forward to my 1-year check up.
