Jessica made me feel very comfortable during and before the testing. She was very honest about the difference levels of hearing aids. I would recommend going to her.
I recently had an issue with one of my hearing aids not charging fully and retaining the charge. We tried installing a new rechargeable battery initially, and then replacing the charger, and that fixed the problem. Thanks, Jessica, for your persistence and your help in uploading the latest update! So far, so good - each aid charges fully.
