Great service in Hilo and occasionally when off island in Honolulu. Very responsive when ever questions or problems occur.
Freline is awesome... She informed about how old my aid was(5yrs) and it was reaching its effectiveness. Showed me the latest in hearing aid that they offered and informed me that I qualified for health insurance coverage. Thank you Freline, see you in couple weeks. Mahalo...
