Great service, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful. they have looked after me for about 20 years now and walked me through all the evolution of all the technology as it changes. Melissa and Silvana have been tremendously helpful in getting hearing aids sorted and looking into other hearing protection. They have also done stellar work in yanking "foreign items" out of my ear canal. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
