When presented with the opportunity to be kind, YOU FAILED! We have never used the services of this business and never will. On our way to Jurvinski for cancer treatment, we were stuck on the HWY for 1.5 hrs (truck on fire) and my father went in to ask to use the washroom and they refused him. It’s ok cause the Cannabis store next to them was happy to assist a senior. If this is how much compassion you have for seniors, you should not be working with them. Quick and polite service
Melissa and her office manager are excellent. Competent, responsive, clear, friendly, and very customer focused. I have been continually impressed with the follow-up service I get from a big purchase and no nickel and diming after. Really good. I only recently started paying for replacement parts once I exceeded a few "free" fixes. I would very highly recommend Family Hearing and Tinnitus and don't ever cheap out on something is important as your hearing.
