Quick and polite service
Melissa and her office manager are excellent. Competent, responsive, clear, friendly, and very customer focused. I have been continually impressed with the follow-up service I get from a big purchase and no nickel and diming after. Really good. I only recently started paying for replacement parts once I exceeded a few "free" fixes. All the staff were very friendly and the procedure for wax removal was very quick. I can hear a lot better now! I would definitely go back.
