Horrible they didn't attend to my mom We were waiting for 2 hours!! I don't recommend this place
I came in 30 minutes late for my appointment during inclement weather and was denied treatment from the assistant at the front desk on Oct. 13 2022 at approximately 2 p.m. She was very rude and disrespectful to me when I explained the situation. I have been chest pain and needed to see my provider Dr. Matubata. I am thinking of leaving this provider and facility due to employers attitude towards patients.
Horrible!! This medical center has very little regard for the health and wellbeing of their patients. They do not respond to any your message through the systems portal and all patients to go WEEKS without a prescription refill. Even contacting the office is nearly impossible; unless you have hours on end to waste on hold. I have never felt so disrespected in my life!! If you are thinking about becoming a patient with this medical center, please run away fast!!
I have had the worst experience here. Staff didn't inform me of basic procedures for visiting before I arrived. The nurse line has not been able to answer any of my questions. I was prescribed an incorrect sonogram by a midwife here and I had to scramble to correct it when at my sonogram appointment. I went through a miscarriage while see them and I have been given no helpful information as to what I should be doing. Do not recommend.
