“Family Guidance has been extremely helpful to me. The staff is always friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and supported. The counseling department played a big role in helping me manage and reduce my anxiety. I now feel more at ease and worry much less. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking support.”
They never answer the phone or return calls. Never return an email either.
The counseling center is so unprofessional. First of all, they would not answer the phone even though I did call during office hours. It often takes multiple attempts to get in touch with a receptionist. They have even reminded me at the last minute that my appointment would be cancelled. In addition, they failed to let me know in advance that my counselor would be permanently leaving the facility. This place is a literal joke. I have been calling the office for days just to be transferred to the voicemail every time. They never answer the phone & they never return calls. I mean at this point why is this place still operating if you can't get any help from them?
