We recently purchased a sofa, love seat and two chairs from Family Furniture and couldn’t be any more pleased. The quality of the furniture was very good. Our sales lady Janay was wonderful. She came to our home and gave many suggestions on pieces, materials, leathers and placement. Janay was a great help and made our decisions so much easier. I would definitely recommend Janay and Family Furniture.
Ordered set about 2 months ago..put half the cost down in cash..still no delivery...agreement says tentative 8 weeks..verbally told 6 weeks called for a follow up and urgency...sales woman continued to talk over me and hung up...would you do business with them
I bought a leather sectional made by Southern Motion. JD, the sales person was terrific and very patient. The delivery guys were very nice and careful. After a few months of use I noticed that something was not right. I called, and someone was sent out within a week. That person said that he would have someone come out to fix my sectional. I waited a MONTH and called again. I was told the person was on vacation and would contact me shortly. PLEASE do not give these people your hard earned money! We made that mistake and had to learn the hard way. We bought nearly $3,000 worth of CRAP! We ordered a bedroom set, and it came with peeling veneer and wood filler that had not even dried yet! So we selected another set from another line, and this one came broken and with peeling veneer once again. Plus, they sent the WRONG nightstands! Furniture Country has the best quality furniture. The customer service is excellent. I had a slight problem with my furniture and a rep was out to fix it in 2 days!!!
