I’m absolutely gutted. I bought two meats from the deli, only to come home to find that they were rotting. This was also way long before the best before date. I came back to get a refund, and the lady at the customer service was very rude and didn’t apologize once. She made it seem like it was MY fault that their meat was rotting. The only worker who genuinely seemed to care was the young filipina cashier. I told her about what just happened, and she apologized on behalf of your store, even though she wasn’t at fault. The only good thing about this place is the baked buns in the bakery. Can never find anything and everything is outrageously expensive. Always has been. I have no clue how they have been able to stay open for 20 years....Won't be back even though we live in the area.
Excellent customer service. The store was clean and stocked. Support local business! Bought Jeannes Bakery Cakes that are made in Winnipeg. Suppprt Canadian made products!
I'm disappointed. I bought 3 items and put my bag on the belt. Cashier just moved it aside and did not put anything in my bag. She also offered no help to the senior in front who had a whole grocery order. While she waited for the receipt she could have bagged. Just poor customer service in my opinion.
Overpriced but some sales are good. Meat selection good and priced ok. Disappointed as I had to wait for a deli person that never showed up. Rang the wee bell, no one. Waited patiently and I'm not patient. Rang it again, no one. Asked cashier, no one responded. Asked manager, said she was on her way. Apparently on a turtle from Florida. I won't be back unless its a food emergency. Don't shop here unless you have two days off....in a row....
