Opened an account and waited 8 weeks for a debit card that NEVER worked. Somehow my account was over drafted even though it was never used. I received a letter stating I owed $1.95 so who knows what happened to the $20 I started with. I went in and reluctantly paid the $1.95 and told the teller to completely close my accounts. I'm still receiving letters saying I owe them money. Save yourself the headache and choose ANY other credit union.
This Credit Union is closed on June 19th and instead of stating they will be closed they just are. No notice or anything of the kind. This is extremely inconvenient for someone who doesn't live in the same area and needs to cash their check to pay bills and a loan they owe to the bank. If every single Family First Credit Union is going to be closed YOU NEED to update your hours and give everyone a notice that you WONT BE OPEN at the start of the week; Holiday or not this is unacceptable.
