I had wonderful help in opening my HELOC. Since then I’ve had a couple negative experiences. I stopped in to pay my monthly payment. I needed cash for tipping over the weekend. Since I was there and a customer I asked if I could cash a personal check made out to cash from my primary bank. Horrible customer service! I've been looking to complete a first time home buyers program. Was referred by a friend saying how reputable the business was. I reached out and was sent information to fill out an application for pre approval. Months and months went by. I sent a follow up email for more information since this is my first time. No one ever bothered to reply to my email or to reach out to me with any other information. I don't have time to play with businesses when I'm trying to get my first house. I had Kaliegh Zwald assist me with a haloc loan. She made it so easy with dealing the county and my insurance companies. I was able to really get a good hold on my finances, and use my investments to work for me. When you bank here, you can tell that they actually care about people and your situations. I would 10 out of 10 star this if I could!
I went to get a bank check for a wedding to the long pond rd office. My customer service was excellent ! Dalaynia gave me some good advice regarding the bank check for my daughter's wedding. As they do not have a joint account. She guided me threw a note I could but on the check as well. She was well informed and my service went without a glitch. Very efficient! Thanks Dalaynia
