If I could give this CU negative stars, I would. I recently moved to the area and was excited to open an account at a local CU. I've long believed in CUs and have used them as opposed to a "regular" bank for decades. But the "service" I received at Family First was disrespectful from the beginning, their hidden fees and charges ridiculous, and the employees abrupt and rude. If you have a complaint, all they'll do is repeat the company policy, and if you disagree or ask for a redress of unfair and unknown charges .... they ju... read more
