Horrible customer service! I've been looking to complete a first time home buyers program. Was referred by a friend saying how reputable the business was. I reached out and was sent information to fill out an application for pre approval. Months and months went by. I sent a follow up email for more information since this is my first time. I had Kaliegh Zwald assist me with a haloc loan. She made it so easy with dealing the county and my insurance companies. I was able to really get a good hold on my finances, and use my investments to work for me. When you bank here, you can tell that they actually care about people and your situations. I would 10 out of 10 star this if I could!
I went to get a bank check for a wedding to the long pond rd office. My customer service was excellent ! Dalaynia gave me some good advice regarding the bank check for my daughter's wedding. As they do not have a joint account. She guided me threw a note I could but on the check as well. She was well informed and my service went without a glitch. Very efficient! Thanks Dalaynia
