I rarely use the bathurst branch but needed to today. Firstly I was asked to wait - fair enough! There were two people working at the desk and I waited at least 3 minutes. This doesn't sound much but when I'm the only one in the shop I was a bit surprised. When I was finally served the lady was abrasive. I'm not sure if this was her nature or I just caught a bad day. I left feeling like I had intruded, and not like I was a customer requiring service. Very disappointing 😞.
