The staff at the Blackheath office are always pleasant and helpful. The system, though, is a bugger to navigate. It drives me nuts. I'd suggest you try another credit union. John Morgan
Hit with $61 in account fees when two unauthorised direct debits tried to deduct money that wasn't there. Also appear to be charged for using network Redi Tellers*. I know from experience that FF C/U are not interested in stopping these attempts at debiting manually and expect you to deal directly with the entity to try and stop payments which can sometimes take weeks.
