I have been using the Webster branch for shared banking for the past year (since I relocated to Rochester). The tellers have always been super friendly and very helpful. This afternoon we experienced an issue with shared banking and TJ did everything possible until I could accomplish the banking I needed to. Highly recommend not only this branch, but this bank. I was surprised to find that I made my car payment a day early and therefore it didn’t count towards my monthly due date, but the team at the Webster Branch were amazing and helped get it back on track and towards my next month due date! Everyone had a great attitude and were extremely helpful!
