As one of the first teacher members who used to go to Molly and Len's den to do our "banking", I'll always be grateful. Without our credit union, we could never have purchased our first house. We moved to NC 18 years ago and still use our same accounts down here remotely and problem free.
I can't say enough positive things about the folks in this branch. I called yesterday with a potential problem with a direct deposit with a problem with the account number. They posted the payment manually for me on time and will do so the next couple of months until the sender corrects the problem. This level of service isn't unusual. Everyone I speak with is kind and helpful.
Family First Credit Union on Browncroft Blvd is the best banking I was having some technical issues and stopped in for help. Kyla was very helpful and courteous
Family First has supported our Girl Scouting activities for many years. Their representatives are wonderful to work with!
