Since I started using this bank years ago I’ve always been taken care of. Most recently Clarisa helped me with setting up another account and she made it such a smooth process! Basically all in one day too! Thank you and I’m glad I’m a member here!
Mixed experiences with this bank. Working with their mortgage department a few years ago to refinance was a (frustrating) challenge, but more recently Christina helped us open a HELOC and was wonderful. Although they have the lowest rates, I wouldn't consider taking another mortgage through FF due to communication issues, and in light of a recent call with the same team where I felt they were being unnecessarily rude for someone in a service role.
